Bishop Athanasius Secondary School of Mugen serves 167 students each day. The school feeds the students two meals a day and tends to their educational and spiritual needs so that they have hope of rising out of the impoverished situations from which they come. Their expenses are as follows:
Food: $1760 each month
Electricity: $240 each month
Additionally, the school is seeking to raise $5,000 to build new classrooms, science and computer laboratories, a library, and administration block, and a dining hall.
